- Our senior management will assist you with Facilities Planning & Operations Design, Supply Chain Strategy Development and Master Planning, Process Analysis and Optimization, Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Requirements, Bar-code and RF/ID System Requirements Analysis, Business Analysis, Process Flows and Strategic Planning.
- A project manager will develop and oversee the execution of a detailed project plan. The project manager will also ensure the project’s success through industry experience in WMS implementations, labor management, logistics flow, inventory integrity and distribution management.
- This can be provided both at Knighted’s training center and at your site. Training consists of classroom instruction using instructional materials and “hands on” use of the software. Knighted offers both “train the trainer” and enterprise-wide training curriculums.
- Sounds unusual at first reading, but this means that Knighted has built a seamless process throughout the entire suite to interface key data and processes at every step. For example: A direct-to-consumer order can have status updates for processes as it travels within the Distribution Center: Order is being Picked – Ready to be shipped – Shipped with the Tracking Number. This integrated process is the key to actual supply chain integration.
