Daniel R. Napoli - President and CEO

Mr. Napoli has been the chief executive officer of Knighted Computer Systems since 1995, the year the company was incorporated. Under Dan's leadership, Knighted has grown from a custom software development firm into a leading material handling and logistics solution provider.

Prior to Knighted, Mr. Napoli was Vice President of IT at Lenox Inc., responsible for managing multiple companies: Lenox, Hartman Luggage, Dansk, Gorham, Kirsteif. Prior to Lenox Inc., he was a Senior Director of IT at Dansk International Designs, responsible for multiple applications such as retail, wholesale, direct marketing, distribution and manufacturing.

Mr. Napoli has more than 30 years of experience in the software industry. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business degree.

Paul E. Allen - Vice President of Operations

Mr. Allen brings with him 25 years of experience building and implementing WMS Software. He is an accomplished Executive with positive results establishing organization structure for growth through process and methodology for full lifecycle WMS software and technology implementations.

Prior to joining Knighted, Mr. Allen worked at Sage-Adonix (US) as a WMS Practice Leader and ERP Project Director. Mr. Allen has also held positions as EVP of Professional Services and VP of Business Development for V3 Systems of Charlotte, N.C. (Optum Inc.). At V3, Mr. Allen managed a turn-around of a global customer services organization to profitability in less than 18 months. Prior to this, he was a Product Manager and Director of Pre-Sales at EXE Technologies in Dallas TX.. While at EXE, Mr. Allen developed and managed programs for EXE’s Slotting Tools (Succeed) and Windows based WMS applications (Exceed 1000 and 4000).

Mr. Allen also holds a B.S. Degree in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy N.Y..

Vincent Aguirre - Director of Services

Mr. Aguirre leverages over 15 years of experience and progressive responsibility for business application development from design to installation, maintenance and support. Vincent comes from a technical background as Senior RPG developer with extensive experience with IBM AS/400 iseries application development, maintenance, and performance tuning as well as strong analytical skills, system integration experience, and demonstrated ability to quickly acquire technical and business knowledge. He has been responsible for managing multiple teams and projects involving definition of business requirements and developing them into specifications and quality deliverables.

Specifically with Knighted, Mr. Aguirre has 8+ years of experience in solution development and implementation of Knighted Warehouse Management System. This includes first line interaction with the clients to understand the business as well as experience interacting with third parties involved in Knighted WMS projects.

Prior to joining Knighted, Mr. Aguirre was responsible for administration of a variety of business support systems for Land Bank of the Philippines in Manila. Mr. Aguirre is a graduate of AMA Computer University in the Philippines with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.

Leo Araujo - Director of Development

Mr. Araujo has been working with Knighted since 1999 on a variety of Software Development and Implementation activities and in his current role manages Knighted's Base Product offering and new product development. Mr. Araujo has also had responsibility for Knighted's largest installation as an Account Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Implementation Consultant for a 1 Million square foot, fully automated multichannel distribution facility.

Mr. Araujo began his career with Knighted programming on key customer projects and advanced steadily in responsibility through Project Management into Account Management. At the same time he participated regularly in software design sessions for multiple customers, he also contributed to the design of many of the advanced features of our base products. Prior to joining Knighted, Mr. Araujo gained hands-on Inventory Management experience overseeing retail store inventory operations for Pergament Home Centers. His responsibilities there included departmental level responsibility for Inventory Control including accountability for all receivables, ordering systems, and inventory.

Mr. Araujo has completed formal studies at Pace University in New York and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
